By using Crypto Scanner, provided by MARTINEZ MULET BUSINESS SERVICES LLC, you agree to these terms.

1. What the service is

Crypto Scanner is a market information and technical analysis tool for cryptocurrencies. It shows signals calculated with automated rules, historical statistics and alerts. It does not execute trades, hold funds or manage third-party accounts.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing in the service is a personalized investment recommendation, nor financial, legal or tax advice. The information is general and the same for every user. You alone are responsible for your decisions and trades.

3. Risk

Trading cryptocurrencies involves high risk, including the total loss of your capital. Past results, including backtests and signal tracking, do not guarantee future results. See the risk disclosure.

4. Subscription

Premium is a monthly subscription charged to your Apple ID that renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. The price is shown in the app before purchase.

5. Market data

Data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed or contain errors. We do not guarantee its accuracy or the continuous availability of the service.

6. Acceptable use

You may not resell the service, scrape its data in an automated way or attempt to breach its security.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MARTINEZ MULET BUSINESS SERVICES LLC is not liable for losses arising from the use of the service or from investment decisions.

Escáner Cripto es una herramienta de información y análisis técnico sobre criptomonedas. Muestra señales calculadas con reglas automáticas, estadísticas históricas y alertas. No ejecuta operaciones, no custodia fondos y no gestiona cuentas de terceros.

2. No es asesoramiento financiero

Nada en el servicio es una recomendación personalizada de inversión, ni asesoramiento financiero, legal o fiscal. La información es general e igual para todos los usuarios. Tú eres el único responsable de tus decisiones y operaciones.

3. Riesgo

Operar con criptomonedas implica un riesgo alto, incluida la pérdida total del capital. Los resultados pasados, incluidos los backtests y el seguimiento de señales, no garantizan resultados futuros. Consulta el aviso de riesgo.

4. Suscripción
